Well the final dns changes have been made and it looks like everything is going well. We’ve been working hard to ensure each and every site and email addresses are working as before. Dear Valued Customer,

As an ongoing effort to keep our services competitive and secure, we are upgrading our servers to better serve our customers. In this effort, we will be transferring your site(s) to one of our new servers in the coming weeks. During this process, you will receive a few emails from the server directly. These emails are automated, and will inform you of your new username and password as well as other important account information.

These emails will include links to log into your new Control Panel where you will be able to view and/or modify your account information including your billing information, address, telephone, etc. These new tools will help you to make the most out of your internet presence. You will also be able to utilize (if you desire) web based email using your domain name. This feature can be set up and managed through this interface as well.

Some of the new features which are being made available (depending upon your current hosting package), are website application platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Coppermine, PinnacleCart as well as many others. These are features that have been requested from many of our customers, and we are pleased to be able to make this expanded service offering available for those who want it.

Additionally, we are migrating all of our servers to Linux based systems to accommodate better security, efficiency, speed, and availability. This migration will be seamless to the vast majority of our customers.  We have considered all of our options and have decided that this platform will best serve our customers due to the much higher levels of security and the availability of applications designed for your websites.

We will take care of all of the migration for you, and there will no need for any action on your part. We will set up your sites on the new servers, and transfer all of your site content for you. All that you will need to do is watch your inbox for the updated login information and links to your control panel.
